Insurance:

We understand the value of insurance and will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefit. Our office accepts all insurance policies that allow patients to choose their own dentist. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, United Concordia, Blue Cross Anthem, in addition to others. We ask that you bring your current insurance information with you at your first appointment.
