We have incorporated high-tech procedures and equipment in our practice to assist us in treating our patients more comfortably and efficiently.

USE OF BIO FRIENDLY MATERIALS:
We no longer use amalgam or “mercury fillings,” and the use of digital x-rays means no more chemical for developing pictures.

ULTRASONIC SCALER:
For more comfortable cleanings.

DIGITAL X-RAYS:
Enhanced image quality for better diagnosis at a fraction of the radiation exposure.

LASER DETECTION OF HIDDEN CAVITIES:
In the past, the only method we had of detecting tooth decay was to use a small sharp instrument and "push" into the tooth. If the instrument stuck into the tooth, a cavity was usually present. Our office continues to provide you with the latest in dental technology to aid in the detection and prevention of tooth decay. The laser helps us to detect the beginning of tooth decay before the cavity becomes large, thus allowing you to have the tooth restored conservatively.

Intra-Oral Camera: We use a tiny camera to project your tooth onto a monitor so we can show you what we see, and jointly discuss your treatment options.

Initial Oral Examination & X-rays: Your initial oral examination includes a visual, periodontal, and soft tissue exam, cancer screening, joint, muscle, bite, and TMD evaluation, charting, necessary X-rays, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Teeth Cleaning and Fluoride Treatment:
We recommend you have a cleaning at least twice a year.

Sealants:
A sealant protects the tooth by sealing deep grooves.

Mouth Guards or Night Guard:
If you grind your teeth while you sleep, a night guard will help reduce symptoms of TMD and protect your teeth against wear.

Dental Implants- We will work with an implant specialist to create an implant crown for a missing single tooth or to replace removable dentures.

White Fillings
(Mercury Free) Tooth colored filling material is used to make the filling look like your natural tooth.

Porcelain Crowns:
All porcelain crowns can be used to improve your smile. A crown protects and strengthens a tooth that cannot be restored with a filling.

Porcelain Veneers:
Porcelain or tooth colored veneers can be used for closing gaps, repairing chips and covering discolorations.

Tooth Whitening: (Bleaching): A convenient at home teeth whitening gel will help your teeth get as white as possible in just a short time.

Cosmetic Bonding:
An alternative to veneers is a process called bonding in which a tooth colored material looks like the enamel of your teeth. Bonding can be used to improve the color of a tooth, repair broken or chipped teeth, or close unwanted gaps.

Periodontal treatment: Scaling and root planning: For treating gum disease.

Bridges (Fixed): Replaces a missing tooth by placing crowns on both sides, and a pontic (fake tooth) in the space.

Crowns:
A crown protects and strengthens a tooth that cannot be restored with a filling. Crowns are made of a variety of materials, we use porcelain fused to metal, all porcelain or gold.

Porcelain or Gold Inlays and Onlays:
A partial crown, which is more conservative than a crown.

Dentures and Partial Dentures (removable): For replacing missing teeth we can make full or partial removable dentures.

Root Canals: We perform root canals on anterior, premolar teeth and some molar teeth.
